How do I track my order?


We will email you a tracking number to your email you provided.




Can I cancel my order?


Order place the same day can be cancelled by contacting Baby Jolie's Closet through, email, our website or our customer phone number.




What is your Refund and Policy?


All sales are final. Due to COVID19 we will not be accepting returns. All products are handmade and require time to make. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first email within 7 days of the order received. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. Our satisfaction is our number one priority. Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.




The item I have recieved does not look exactly pictured on your website.


Due to the nature of Handmade items being cut by hand and not mass manufactured. Picture and pattern placement will look slightly different from the pictured item online. We only make limited quantity, 1 or 2 items per size that are posted online. In some cases some items are made after order are submitted online. Every item are unique and made 1 at a time.
